Edwina Rich, MS, RDN, CDN, LDN - President

Edwina is an accomplished registered dietitian and clinical leader who obtained her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Before returning to NYU Langone Health as a Clinical Nutrition Manager and ascending to the role of Director of Clinical Nutrition Services there, she served 18 years as a Registered Dietitian at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, New Jersey, a level one trauma center. Edwina decided to leave the big city and cold weather behind and recently moved to North Carolina. Through her experiences, Edwina has gained invaluable knowledge that makes her uniquely qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy and consult with medical providers on policy, revenue generation and best practices.

When she isn’t focused on nutrition, Edwina stays active with Pilates, Peloton, hiking, gardening, and travel. She currently resides in Pinehurst, NC with her husband.


Jill Corleone, RD, LDN - Consultant

With over two decades of experience Jill Corleone, RD, combines evidence-based expertise with a compassionate approach to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Through personalized nutrition counseling, Jill tailors plans to meet client’s unique needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from New York University, graduating magna cum laude, and completed a Clinical Dietetic Internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Her professional background spans a wide range of specialties, including clinical nutrition, pediatrics, long-term care, and health writing, equipping her to offer comprehensive support.

Her extensive background includes roles as a pediatric dietitian and outpatient nutrition counselor, where she provided specialized care for all ages, including children and teens. She has also worked as a nutrition and health writer since 2010, creating evidence-based content for publications, websites, and businesses, to promote accurate and accessible nutrition information.


Thandi Khonje MA, RD, CDN - Consultant

Thandi is an experienced registered dietitian who provides inpatient and outpatient nutrition intervention for patients with inborn errors of metabolism, which includes educating caregivers and patients on prescribed diets, evaluating lab results for dietary adjustment, and providing support resources. She has lectured on this specialized area at top tier hospitals in New York. Thandi is also has extensive experience in providing adult and pediatric nutrition counseling to individuals with diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

Thandi completed her didactic education in Nutrition at Colorado State University and obtained her Master of Arts in Psychology. She has served as a Registered Dietitian and provided exemplary care and advice at several hospitals and facilities during her career. She is currently practicing in nutrition specialty Columbia University Medical Center in New York, New York, after honing her skills at New York Presbyterian Hospital and University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, New Jersey.
