  • Sessions are conducted virtually. This is ideal for flexibility in scheduling.

  • Contact us to schedule a 15-minute consult, at no cost to you, to determine if we are a good fit for you.

  • We currently do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your health insurance company.

    • Bundle Rate - $300

      • Initial assessment (60 minutes)

      • 2 Follow-Up Sessions (45 minutes each)

    • Individual Sessions

      • Initial Assessment - $145

      • Follow-Up Sessions - $100 each

  • Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
